Delete your Daily Smile data

You can request deletion of your Daily Smile cloud profile and associated app data at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Open Daily Smile and, where available, go to Settings → Privacy → Delete My Data.
  2. Alternatively, email support@dailysmile.me with the subject Daily Smile Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include your anonymous user ID or installation ID if shown in the app. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents.

What we delete

  • Your anonymous Daily Smile cloud profile.
  • Saved profile and preferences.
  • Cloud-based history, favourites, ratings, achievements and related activity linked to that profile.

What may remain

Aggregated or de-identified analytics may remain. Limited records may also be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or dispute resolution.

Processing time

We aim to acknowledge valid requests promptly and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted or required by applicable law.

Data stored on your device

Local app data can normally be removed by clearing Daily Smile’s storage in device settings or uninstalling the app.
